When I was younger I never really had the words (Still don't) for what I was feeling but a relentless spark to express myself. I can remember writing stories which I never finished, Drawing without completing. Creativity was always there, but it was like standing in a house with all these doors to walk through but not knowing which is the right door for me.

One summer, My parents and I were at a beach. I remember picking up my Dads camera, a Nikon SLR. It felt strange looking through the viewfinder, it was a good strange though. The feeling of the shutter coming down and the film being exposed to the outside world wasn't something I fully understood at the time. All I understood was capturing a memory.

Years passed, but that feeling stayed. I found myself chasing that feeling, Using phone cameras which at the time was new technology but nothing really compared. So when my Dad bought me my very first DSLR, taking that first photo really did make me feel at home.
